Return Policy
At Margot & Pearl Charleston, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our policy carefully to understand the conditions under which returns, reshipments, and refunds are accepted.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
You may request a return or refund if your order meets any of the following conditions. Please note that refund amounts will vary depending on the severity and nature of the issue.

Measurement Discrepancy: The actual product measurement differs by 3 cm or more from our published size chart.

Manufacturing Defects: Items with issues such as broken zippers, holes, or missing functional parts.
2. Conditions Not Eligible for Returns or Refunds
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following reasons:

Sizing Preferences: If the item does not fit as expected (too big, too small, wrong length), unless the measurement differs by 3cm or more. Please check our size chart carefully before ordering.

Subjective Dissatisfaction: If you simply do not like the item, but it matches the description and photos provided.

Damage During Opening: Minor damage or scratches to the packaging that occur while opening the parcel.

Late Requests: Claims made after the package has been delivered and signed for.

Non-Receipt Claims: If tracking information confirms delivery but you claim not to have received the item, please contact your local courier first for investigation.
3. Shipping and Returns

Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs, including international fees, customs duties, and taxes.

Returned to Sender: If a package is returned to our overseas warehouse due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or other recipient-related issues, no compensation or free reshipment will be provided. Please note that return transit can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Send an email within 14 days of receiving your item to margotandpearlcharleston@outlook.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Wait for Approval: We will review your request and provide you with the return shipping address if approved.

Ship the Item: Return the product in its original condition, unused, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please use a trackable shipping service.

Provide Tracking: Send us the tracking number for your return shipment.

Resolution: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or arrange for reshipment according to our policy.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking shows that the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address was provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.

Errors in the address must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
